‘Woman Supply Chain Icon of the Year’
New Delhi, April 20, 2017: Manju Dhawan, Co-founder, Ecom Express Private Limited, a leading end-to-end ecommerce logistics solutions provider, was the recipient of the ‘Woman Supply Chain Icon of the Year’ at the Global Logistics Excellence Awards 2017 held at The Leela, Mumbai on 18th April 2017. The award was presented by Tata Strategic Management Group in partnership with CNBC TV 18.
The Global Logistics Excellence Awards identifies and brings to the forefront individuals, organizations and projects that have created excellence in the domain of logistics. The platform puts a spotlight on the heroes of the sector who have risen in spite of challenges whether managing logistics operations within the enterprise or as 3PL players.
Manju Dhawan was recognized for her outstanding contribution to the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry. With over 30 years of experience in the Courier and Express Delivery Services Industry, Manju has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing the delivery services and business distribution model for e-commerce industry. As Co-founder of Ecom Express, which started operations in 2013, she has passionately led the Company to operational excellence through client-centric strategies and championing innovation.
