About Control Tower:

The control tower is a team that identifies operational issues using real time data to highlight the potential breach and fix these issues by coordinating with operations team. The function includes follow ups on calls until the issue is resolved. A root cause analysis on the recurring issues and provide the solution on the same is also the responsibility of control tower. Long story short, Control Tower works 24×7 on real data to drive the performance of the entire supply chain.

Job Description-


  • Responsible for identifying and solving operational issues real-time by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders, including the operations and customer facing teams
  • Required to understand the systems and processes of the firm in detail in order to identify performance gaps
  • Required to do root cause analysis on recurring operations issue and provide the solutions on the same.
  • Required to publish analysis reports on different operations issues.

Essential/ likely experience:

  • Any Graduate
  • Should have knowledge of working on R/Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI
  • Proficient in MS excel
  • Good analytical skills

Key Behavioral Competencies:

  • Good communication skills
  • Should be comfortable with working in different shifts.
