Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR BP
MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Conducting recruitment interviews & providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Onboarding and joining formalities.
- Recording, maintaining & monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Maintaining & regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Engagement initiatives programs – organizing and participation.
- Resolving grievances and queries that any of the employees have.
- Ensure timely salary inputs with accuracy.
- Vendor Management.
- Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations- PF, ESIC.
- Furnish the MIS or reports on time with accuracy
- Data mining, date forecasting, data analysis
- Following up with Regional HR for issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, advisory letter, etc.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employee.
QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Must Have:
- Graduate Degree.
- 2years relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and WMS function
- Good communication skills
Preferred:
- BBA/MBA or degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Ecommerce Industry exposure.

- Proven work experience in personnel management.
- Strong in management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
