About Strategy Team:

The Strategy team at Ecom Express is responsible for driving top-line or bottom-line improvement in existing products and services, development of new product opportunities, strategic partnerships, corporate development, inorganic growth, and other initiatives to drive synergy, growth and operational efficiencies within the firm.

Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business/optimization opportunities, prepare business cases, present and align on the opportunity with various stakeholders, BU Heads and CXOs
• Actively take up transformational projects for the firm in coordination with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Activate clear responsibilities and program milestones for various teams involved
• Chart out detailed launch plans and track progress till they reach a BAU state
• Ability to independently handle projects with minimum oversight and guidance

Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving, program management and presentation skills
• Ability to put forth your point in front of different stakeholders (including C-Suite stakeholders)
• Data orientation
• Tier -1 undergraduate college
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
