Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • To Measure, analyse, and evaluate existing processes, collect data to identify root causes, perform cost benefit analysis, and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Prioritize and influence projects in a fast-paced environment through superior quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.

  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Ecom’s operations.

  • Work within time constraint to meet critical business needs, while monitoring activities in the pipeline and ensuring service requirements are met.

  • Develop training programs, own KPIs and performance improvement initiatives in the organization.

  • Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results.

  • Good communication, both verbal and written to share updates on issues, operational status and business drivers with internal and external stakeholders

  • To manage overall program and make iterative changes as appropriate to keep the program evolving against strategic drivers and future needs.

  • Develop and implement a “best-in-class” continuous improvement strategy to enhance the Process Excellence function by defining standards and governance, tools, and methodology.

  • Design enterprise-wide process improvement programs to train and embed a continuous improvement mindset.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent program management skills for leading multiple cross-functional projects across the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify and use data to suggest process improvements, standardize the processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.

  • Excellent data analysis skills using Microsoft excel.

  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with ability to apply project/program management skills to build relationships with product, technical and business/operations stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

  • Think strategically, proactively understand the customer needs, and suggest strategy for future operations/processes.

  • Business focused thinking, an ability to focus on key issues and a strong hands-on, results driven mentality.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement procedures and support in the transformation efforts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Post-graduate preferably MBA from top tier college
  • 2+ years of experience in program/project management, business analysis, process improvement in supply chain/operations.
