Job Description-

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment.
  • Prepare JD with inputs from the leads/HOD.
  • Manage the team of recruiters and assign them daily task.
  • Responsible to source, recruit, and screen applicants for positions.
  • Offer negotiation and closures.
  • Efficient coordination with stakeholders & recruitment agencies.
  • Extensive use of portals like Naukri / Social Media networking like LinkedIn and be part of other related groups to post the open positions and communicate when needed.

Requirements:

  • Involved in IT & Non IT hiring equally, across levels, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Part of various social media technology groups.
  • Should have team management capability.
  • Good communication / proactive / quick / sense of ownership / commitment to the job/ working within TAT are necessary behavioral attributes.
  • Experience working on spreadsheets and power point presentations.
  • Maintain the recruitment data and update the same on weekly basis.
