About Control Tower:

The control tower is a team that identifies operational issues using real time data to highlight the potential breach and fix these issues by coordinating with the operations team. The function includes followup on calls until the issue is resolved. A root cause analysis on the recurring issues and provide the solution on the same is also the responsibility of the control tower. Control tower works 24*7 on real data to drive the performance of the entire supply chain.

Job Description:


  1. Prevent failure – proactive identification of failures and take corrective actions with help of Central Operations team

  2. Analytical insight – provide actionable improvement plan basis root cause analysis of Supply chain matrices

  3. Create Visibility –with help of technology. Minimize manual intervention where possible and create an error free ecosystem

Ideal candidate would have a good mix of Operational exposure and Data Driven approach to solve real life business problems


  • Working knowledge of R,SQL, Python

  • 2+ years of experience with min 1 year of association with e-tail/ e-Commerce logistics industry

  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power point
