WHAT IS ‘ECOM SATHI ?

‘Ecom SATHi’ is Ecom Express’ Pickup and Delivery Partner Program through which individuals can partner with Ecom Express to pickup or deliver e-commerce packages. Any person, with an android phone and a vehicle can join the program and can get started. This program also offers choice to individuals w.r.t time slot selection and area in which they wish to deliver.

HOW ENROLLING INTO ECOM SATHI IS GOING TO BENEFIT ME?

As Ecom Express’ Partner, you can:

• Decide either to rely on us as a source of your full-time income or your part-time income
• Increase your earning potential – deliver more, earn more
• Get paid on a weekly basis
• Ensure a minimum guaranteed income

WHAT KIND OF DELIVERIES WILL I MAKE?

Items could be anything ranging from apparels to electronics, medicine, or anything else which can be ordered from various online shopping portals.

HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR ‘ECOM SATHI’?

To sign-up:

• Download our Partner App – ‘Ecom SATHi’ and complete the registration process by filling in all the details required (you can download the App from Google Play Store)
• Successful onboarding will result in ID and password creation for login to our internal First and Last Mile App
• You are now our official Ecom Partner

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO ENROLL IN THIS PROGRAM?

To become our Ecom Partner:

• You must be 18 years old
• You should have an android smartphone
• You should have a vehicle (2/3/4 wheeler) which meets all the applicable laws and safety requirements
• A valid Driving License
• A valid ID Proof
• A valid PAN Card
• A Savings or a Current Bank Account

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY APPLICATION STATUS ON ECOM SATHi APP?

Yes, you will be able to track your application status in the summary page of the Ecom SATHi App

CAN I RE-APPLY IF I MY PREVIOUS BACKGROUND CHECK WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL?

We have two stages of background check:

Step One: We check the authenticity of the documents that you have uploaded on our Ecom Sanjeev App (ensure that you upload quality scans).

Step Two: After you have successfully passed through Step 1, you will be called for a face-to-face physical verification.

Failing in Step 2 would freeze your account, and you will not be able to re-apply with us.

Hence, we encourage you to produce valid ID proofs so that you can experience hassle free on-boarding.

WILL I GET ANY KIND OF TRAINING BEFORE I GO FOR ON-FIELD?

Ecom Express focuses extensively on training its personnel. After your successful joining, we will provide you with training required to perform your job well.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD ECOM SATHI APP?

Search for ‘Ecom SATHi’ and you can download the App from Google Play Store. 

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SLOTS FOR ME TO MAKE DELIVERIES?

You are required to dedicate 6 days in a week and can select between two slots – 4 hours and 8 hours. We encourage you to pick your most suitable stretch to get started.

WHAT KIND OF LEAVES AM I ENTITLED TO AFTER I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BEEN ON-BOARDED?

Regardless of our 365 days and 24 hours operations, you are always entitled to 1 week-off. However, you can always choose to work on your week-offs to increase your earning potential. Any additional leaves can be taken (as per policy) with prior information.

DO I NEED TO DEPOSIT ANY AMOUNT WITH THE COMPANY AFTER I AM SUCCESSFULLY ON-BOARDED?

No, you need not deposit any amount.

FROM WHERE DO I NEED TO PICK-UP THE PARCELS FOR DELIVERY?

You will be allotted a Delivery Centre in your city after you are successfully on-boarded. This Delivery Centre will be your work location from where you need to pick-up the parcels.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE AREAS WHERE I CAN MAKE DELIVERIES?

Your delivery area will be within the city of the Delivery Centre allotted to you.

AM I SUGGESTED TO CARRY MONEY CHANGE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Yes, we strongly recommend you carry money change every time you are out for delivery.

WHAT IF MY WORKING HOURS ARE OVER, AND I AM YET TO ATTEMPT SOME DELIVERIES?

We have accounted that these instances may occur. Hence, we have built an algorithm on the number of parcels that can be effectively attempted within your opted stretch without compromising on your earning potential.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT DELIVERY WHILE I AM ON JOB?

You can always contact the Delivery Centre Head in case of any queries while you are on job.

WHAT ARE THE SAFETY MEASURES SHOULD I ENSURE WHILE I AM ON FIELD?

Road Safety is one of the most important safety measures that you should ensure. Always wear helmet while riding two – wheeler and wear seat belt while driving, and the necessary PPEs while you are on the field.

WHAT IS MY EARNING POTENTIAL WORKING WITH YOU?

WHEN WILL I GET PAID?

You will be paid as per your employment type. For Earn per Shipment you will be paid every week. We process payments every Thursday via direct deposit to the bank account you provided us during sign-up.

WHAT ARE MY EARNINGS (EARN PER SHIPMENT) ESTIMATES BASED ON?

Your earnings will be based on the stretch selected by you. We always aim to ensure the number of parcels assigned to you for delivery are realistic, considering your slot, area congestion, and the primary requirement of rider’s/driver’s safety.
